Ordering

Your chocolates should be stored in a dry, dark, cool place below 70 F.  Consume within two weeks from purchase for maximum flavor and freshness.  If you store in the freezer, transfer to the refrigerator 24 hours, and then bring to room temperature for 20 minutes and enjoy!

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your order you may return the chocolates in their original condition and packaging for a refund. This return policy does not apply to any custom orders. If you have any questions please contact us at info@mechachocolate.com or 609-410-2738

Shipping Policy

Our chocolates are made to order.  Please allow 2-3 business days for production and processing. Fed Ex Ground orders received Wednesday through Sunday will be sent out the following Monday.  Fed Ex 2-day orders will be sent out Wednesday for Friday delivery.  We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses. All residential orders are shipped signature required. After the first delivery attempt, we are not responsible if the contents are lost, damaged, or melted after delivered. 

During the hotter months, we recommend the pick- up in store option.   

 

 

 

 

Mecha artisan chocolates, caramels, and treats are all natural. Contains soy and milk. May contain traces of tree nuts, gluten, eggs, and peanuts.
